     ROBERT MILLER: Jr. was born October 8, 1845 in Wheeling, where he was reared and educated. Came to Brooke county in 1860. Married in 1868 to Miss S J Naylor. Business of farmer and wool grower. Grows about 1200 pounds of wool annually.
